One of my favorite dish so filling and tasty. I always want to make this in the back of my mind but get too lazy to make it. The good thing is there is no need for making any side disk. It tastes super good with yogurt and pickle.
Ingredients:
- Whole grain or multi-grain atta (knead to a smooth dough)
- Potatoes
- Coriander leaves
- Jeera Seeds
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste.
- Boil the potatoes and mash them to a smooth paste with salt and Jeera seeds. Add chopped coriander leaves and little lemon juice for added flavor.
- Roll the potato mixture to small balls and place them in the center of the dough as shown.
- Carefully wrap them and roll them into rotis without putting too much pressure.
- Cook in a tawa with ghee.
