Typical Andhra recipe goes very well with idli or Dosa.
Ingredients:
- Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Green Chilies 4 or 5
- Tamarind small piece
- Onion 1/2
- Coriander leaves small bunch
Preparation Method:
- Dry roast peanuts until it turns slightly brown.
- Dehusk them and keep aside.
- Fry Green chilies with tamarind in little oil.
- Towards the end add the coriander leaves and give it a quick whirl in the blender.
- Garnish with mustard seeds, urad dhal and curry leaves.
