Multi Grain Dosa

A simple and very healthy option for all dosa lovers.. I use all the whole grains with the husk so all packed with fiber and protein.

Ingredients:

- Whole Moong Dhal
- Split Urad Dhal with husk
- Brown Channa Dhal
- Horse Gram Dhal
- Thuvar Dhal
- Brown rice
- Quinoa
- Oats




- Add a scoop of all the above ingredients, you can add extra Quinoa or oats it makes the dosa softer. 
- Soak all the above for 4 to 6 hrs.
- Grind to a fine paste with 6 red chilies, salt and hing


Prep the Batter:

- Add finely chopped oniions, grated carrots, grated ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves, 
- Make dosas with the batter for a yummy multi grain goodness.
- Serve with Chutney.
