Mavadikai Pachadi

Ingredients:

  • Raw Mango - 1/2
  • Tamarind - Small piece
  • Coconut - Few slices
  • Green Chilies - 4
  • Red Chilies - 3
  • Coriander - handful








Method:

1) Add little oil in a pan and fry green chilies and red chilies. Add hing and salt.
2) Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
3) Add a spoon of sesame oil to the pachadi for added flavor.

Tastes great when mixed with rice. Add sesame oil to the rice for a awesome mouth watering taste.
