Ingredients:
- Yogurt (churned with turmeric and salt)
- Brinjal - 3
- Green chillies - 5
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Jeera seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds
- Cocunut oil for garnish
- In a pan add coconut oil and garnish with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add brinjal and fry with turmeric powder and salt.
- Grind coconut, chillies & jeera seeds into a fine paste.
- Add the ground paste to the pan and cook for few mins. Turn the heat off and let the contents cool.
- Add the yogurt mixture to the cooked masala and let it heat for just couple of minutes. Do not let yogurt boil.
