Ingredients:
- Cleaned up coriander leaves
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Urad dal - 1 tablespoon
- Green chilies - 6
- Tamarind - small piece
- Hing
Sauté urad dal in a spoon of oil, add coriander leaves & chillies and sauté them. Add coconut and tamarind and turn the heat off. Grind them with salt and hing. Garnish with Mustard seeds and urad dal for added flavor.
This chutney goes well with rice or dosa.
