Paaruppu Urundai Koluzmbo

Ingredients:

Onions small - 10
Tomato - 1/2
Garlic - 2 flakes
Tamarind Extract
Chili powder - 1/2 spoon
Sambar powder - 2 spoons

To grind : 

Grind the below to a coarse paste.

Soaked chenna dal - 1/2 cup
Small piece of coconut
Red chillies - 3
Salt

Preparation:

- Steam the ground mixture in idli tray. Make them either as small balls or patties and keep aside.
- In a pan add Sesame oil and season with mustard, few methi seeds, curry leaves and few red chillies.
- Add Onions, garlic and fry until it gets cooked well.
- Add Sambar powder and fry for a minute.
- Add tamarind extract, chilli powder and salt and let it boil until the consistency is even.
- Now add the steamed paruppu urundai and switch the heat off.
