Kara Chutney (Spicy Chutney)

Ingredients:

- 5 to 6 Red Chillies (more if you want it spicy)
- 2 pieces of garlic
- Fresh coconut either grated or slices (handful)
- Roasted Channa Dal (Dalia)




Roast chillies and garlic with little oil until they get slightly brown. Now grind all the ingredients together with salt.

Garnish it with Mustard, urad dal & curry leaves in Sesame oil for added flavor.

This goes great with Kulli Panniyaram, Dosa, Idli or Appam.
