Idli Upma

Idli Upma:

- Easy snack to make if you have left over idlis.
- I just warmed up left over idlis in microwave.
- Chopped onions and in a pan garnished with mustard seeds, urad and chenna dal with some hing.
- Fried the onions and added crushed up idlis.
- For a punch added 2 teaspoons of idli chilli powder (gun powder) and now my snack is ready.
